We identified how Sun was measuring digital effort success and identified that it was the cost per VDP visit. They looks at VDP visits per vehicle sold and had their own determination of if that specific traffic was quality traffic based on historical VDP visit to sales ratio. Once we established that VDP cost, we worked backwards to deliver auto-intenders VDP visit that was lower than what they had been paying. We established credibility and helped Sun Automotive gain VDPs.
