With most major domestic makes and models plus 12 locations regionally, Courtesy Automotive is a local auto dealer juggernaut. Courtesy’s mission was to regain market share lost from single-brand domestic dealers. A gigantic traditional ad buyer, Courtesy wanted to increase it’s digital footprint and regain lost market share by implementing a modern search engine marketing campaign. Courtesy started this process by test-piloting Potenza’s SEM program at one of their GMC/Buick locations. After 3 months on the program, they had record numbers for total vehicles sold. They have since increased their investment in SEM efforts on Google, Bing, and Yahoo
